Prospect
CRM Software
In order to provide the internal staff with a more efficient and proactive marketing
tool, Guest decided, after extensive research, that the features and facilities
offered by Prospect CRM were unmatched, particularly with its tight integration
to Pegasus Opera Accounts. Guest use this package throughout the company to track
all business activity and communications with their existing customers and suppliers.
A crucial part of this software is the ability to easily record in a central
database both written and verbal communications with customers and prospective
clients and to automatically alert relevant personnel when needed. The immediate
availability of this information empowers the staff at Guest with the confidence
needed to provide a knowledgeable and efficient service to all external contacts.
