Guest International Limited, the UK subsidiary of Guest Supply, Inc., and a Sysco Company, is the leading national full-service provider of housekeeping supplies to the lodging industry. Guest sells a full range of products, including personal care amenities, room accessories, housekeeping supplies, paper products and textiles to over 20,000 hotels. Guest Supply had revenues of over $390 million in 2002.

Guest stocks virtually every housekeeping product that is required by a hotel with delivery in 24 to 48 hours. Because Guest owns and operates its own distribution centres, product quality and service are consistent nationwide. Guest use this package throughout the company to track all business activity and communications with their existing customers and suppliers. A crucial part of this software is the ability to easily record in a central database both written and verbal communications with customers and prospective clients and to automatically alert relevant personnel when needed. The immediate availability of this information empowers the staff at Guest with the confidence needed to provide a knowledgeable and efficient service to all external contacts.

Pegasus Accounts Software
Guest has been using Pegasus accounts software for their business management financial reporting since 1993. Since that time, they have progressively migrated from Pegasus Senior to Opera and are planning to upgrade to Opera II shortly. The multi-user system modules used are Sales, Purchase, Nominal, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Stock Control, Bill of Materials, and Reporter.
